Great design takes empathy, and that means having the patience and respect to listen openly with the intent to understand.
As a design researcher, I combine qualitative and quantitative methods to discover customers’ needs and identify opportunities to improve an existing product or introduce a completely novel new offering. I’m always seeking opportunities to elevate the work of a design or innovation team.
